All prices are in Indian Rupees and inclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise. An order is confirmed only after successful payment (or COD verification). We reserve the right to cancel orders affected by pricing errors or stock unavailability — with a full refund.
Online payments are processed by Razorpay. Shopping Desk never stores your card or banking credentials. Cash on Delivery is available on eligible orders.
Our 7-day return policy is described on the Shipping & Returns page. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of the returned item passing inspection.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shopping Desk's liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order.
